Browse Attachments

Selecting the Browse Attachments command will display a list of all attachment records.

tip.gif Review the documentation on Using Lists for very helpful tips on how to use a list efficiently.

The column headings in the Attachment List display information from the Attachment form. Each column heading is the actual name of the field on the Attachment form. If you change the field label on the form, the next time you view a record list you will see that the field label change has applied to the list column heading as well. The default columns listed are Class, Type, Description, Index 1, Date 1 and File.

By default the list will display in order of Index 1 column. The active column is the Class column. By immediately typing a Class code, Collect! will scroll to the attachment that is the closest match.

You can quickly navigate to specific attachments using this list.

tip.gif If there is a current search on attachments, then the list will only contain the results of the search. Also if you have selected and tagged a number of the attachment records, then selected the choice to view tags, only the tagged attachments will show in this list. Clearing the tags and also clearing the Search Criteria will restore the complete set so that all attachments are displayed in the list.
