Browse Daysheets

Selecting the Browse Daysheets command will display a list of all daysheet records.

tip.gif Review the documentation on Using Lists for very helpful tips on how to use a list efficiently.

The column headings in the Day List display information from the Day form. Each column heading is the actual name of the field on the Day form. If you change the field label on the form, the next time you view a record list you will see that the field label change has applied to the list column heading as well. The default columns listed are Date, Paid, Promised, Bank Deposit, Commission, From Clients, Number, Value, Contacts, Mail, Remaining Contacts and Remaining Mail.

By default the list will display in date order from oldest to newest Date. The active column is the Date column. By immediately typing a daysheet Date, Collect! will scroll to the daysheet that is the closest match.

You can quickly navigate to specific daysheets using this list.

tip.gif If there is a current search on daysheets, then the list will only contain the results of the search. Also if you have selected and tagged a number of the daysheet records, then selected the choice to view tags, only the tagged daysheets will show in this list. Clearing the tags and also clearing the Search Criteria will restore the complete set so that all daysheets are displayed in the list.
