Browse Related Parties

Selecting the Browse Related Parties command will display a list of all Debtor Cosigner records in the system.

tip.gif Review the documentation on Using Lists for very helpful tips on how to use a list efficiently.

The column headings in the Debtor Cosigner List display information from the Cosigner form. Each column heading is the actual name of the field on the Cosigner form. If you change the field label on the form, the next time you view a record list you will see that the field label change has applied to the list column heading as well. The default columns listed are Class, Type, Name, Contact, City, Home, Association and Indicator.

By default the list will display in an alphanumeric sort on cosigner Name. The actual column active is the Class column. By immediately typing a Class name, Collect! will take you to the class name that is the closest match.

Using this list, you can very quickly navigate to a specific cosigner record.

tip.gif If there is a current search on cosigners, then the list will only contain the results of the search. Also if you have selected and tagged a number of the cosigner records, then selected the choice to view tags, only the tagged cosigners will show in this list. Clearing the tags and also clearing the Search Criteria will restore the complete set so that all cosigners are displayed in the list. Exit from the list and reselect Browse Related Parties to redisplay all the cosigner records.
