Browse Transactions

Selecting the Browse Transactions command will display a list of all transaction records.

tip.gif Review the documentation on Using Lists for very helpful tips on how to use a list efficiently.

The column headings in the Transaction List display information from the Transaction form. Each column heading is the actual name of the field on the Transaction form. If you change the field label on the form, the next time you view a record list you will see that the field label change has applied to the list column heading as well. The default columns listed are Type, Debtor, To Us, Direct, Payment Date, Posted Date.

By default the list will display in date order from oldest to newest Payment Date. The active column is the Type column. By immediately typing a Transaction Type Code, Collect! will scroll to the transaction type that is the closest match.

You can quickly navigate to a specific transaction or transactions using this list.

tip.gif If there is a current search on transactions, then the list will only contain the results of the search. Also, if you have selected and tagged a number of the transaction records, then selected the choice to view tags, only the tagged transactions will show in this list. Clearing the tags and also clearing the Search Criteria will restore the complete set so that all transactions are displayed in the list.
