The Phone Record Type is used to import data to the Phone form in Collect!. The Phone form stores details about phone numbers for your accounts.

You can import as many phone numbers as needed. You are not limited to the four primary numbers displayed on the Debtor screen.

Select the Phone Record Type to view the list of Phone fields that may be referenced during the import routine.
