Import And Export Multiple Contact Plans

You can now import and export several contact plans at once. Collect! will export the plans into a single *.cpl file. When you import this file, Collect! will load all the contact plans into your system. This makes it very easy to transfer several contact plans quickly in one convenient file.

First And Middle Names In Reports

The new name formatter gives you more flexibility when bringing first and middle names into your reports. When <fns> is used, @de.na<fns> for example, Collect! will output all names after the comma. This new code handles names that have a two part non-hyphenated first name or a middle name. This enables you to satisfy the requirements for proper demand letter or legal letters where the whole name must be displayed.

Don't Prompt On File Overwrite

This new switch in Report Options enables you to refresh an existing file with new data while preventing Collect! from prompting you every time you want to overwrite the file. When this switch is ON, Collect! will automatically overwrite the existing file that has the same name as the file you are printing.

Udp Redirect Dialer Plug-In

Implemented a new UDP protocol parser using the Operator Detail Note 2 field for storing the dialer string. When the "Use softphone for dialer" switch is ON, the Note 2 field holds the following information, "UDP:/ipaddress:port:extension".

When the user clicks a phone number, Collect! will send "extension, number" to the ipaddress and port via UDP protocol.

Please refer to Help topic, Softphone for details.
