New Features - 11-4 Build 3

Welcome to Collect! Version 11.4 Build 3. This latest version has several new features and functionality, as well as several optimizations and enhancements to existing features.

Log Debtor Detail To Notes

When you switch ON " Log to notes" for any fields on the Debtor Detail form, Collect! will now log the old field value to the Debtor's Notes. This also works with the "Log on first entry" option set in the Screen and Messages form.

Letter Batch To Printer And Email

You can now print letters in a single batch when the Destination for some letters is "Printer" and for others is " Email." This enables you to send an Email to a Debtor or Client immediately, following up with a printed letter or report sent by regular mail. Letters are sorted by Destination before being processed. All letters going to Printer will be processed before the letters going to Email.

Middle Names In Reports

A new Report Writer command <mns> enables you to output the middle name portion of a name in Collect!. This can also be used in variables. All names and initials after the first name will be displayed using this command.

Print Email To SMS

A new switch in Report Options enables you to specify SMS as a destination when printing to Email. You can use the Default Domain Name entered in the SMS Email Setup form or enter a domain for the specific report in the Report Option's File Name field.

Import Client Contacts

You can now import and export Client Contacts using Collect!'s optional Import/Export module. Client Contacts are included in Collect!'s Client Management module. If this is not enabled in your Collect! Features, you can request a new license from Administration at 250-391-0466 option 3.

Import Client Payments

You can now import and export Client Payments using Collect!'s optional Import/Export module.

Client Management Included

Collect!'s Integrated Client Management module is now included in every Collect! Version 11.4.3 system and upon request for older Version 11 systems. This enables you to take advantage of all the functionality for managing your clients in your working database. Notes, Contacts, and Attachments may be created to help you work your Clients and store relevant information. You can now import and export Client Notes, Client Contacts, Client Attachments and Client Payments if you are licensed for Collect!'s optional Import/Export module.

Run Plan From Web Host

You can now run contact plans from Collect!'s Web Host. This greatly increases the power and scope of Web Host use in your daily business. Clients can trigger a plan to run, automatically alerting you to new accounts or transactions posted through the Web Host. Operators can select plans to run, just as if they were working right in Collect!.

Plans can be set up to run when creating new accounts and when a user modifies an existing account. You can run a specified plan automatically, or enable your users to select a plan to run.

Web Host Client Access

A new license option enables unlimited user signons for your Clients accessing their accounts through the Web Host. With this option enabled, Client users are not counted as "active users".

Web Host Client Access is a licensed extension module.

Client Related Records Transfer

Two new import maps and a new report are included in Collect! and are now available for download from the Member Center Add-Ons area. You can use this new import routine to transfer client related data between Collect! databases. Clients, Client Contacts, Client Attachments, Client Notes and Payments may be transferred using this routine.

Daily Cash External On Payment Date

A new external version of Collect!'s internal Daily Cash report has been added to the reports shipped with Collect!. It can also be downloaded from the Report Samples in Collect! Member Center. This new report has the same columns and formatting as the internal Daily Cash Report. This version goes off Transaction Payment Date but may be modified to go off Posted Date, if needed.

Payment Plan Acknowledgement

The new Payment Plan Acknowledgement report may be sent to a Debtor when a Payment Plan has been set up on the account. This new report lists the payments scheduled in the plan and the payment dates. This report has been added to the reports shipped with Collect!. It can also be downloaded from the Report Samples in Collect! Member Center.
