Process Scheduled Events

Select START to process any previously scheduled events.

When the batch processing procedure is finished, a screen will display informing you of the number of contacts that were processed in this batch.

Click the BACK button to return to the previous screen to make changes to your settings for this batch.

After the batch process has run, you will be returned to the Batch Processing form where you can choose other settings to run additional batch processes.

Batch Processing procedures can be used to evaluate accounts based on their status, amount owing, or any number of other factors, and send letters, close or activate accounts, change Operators, write notes and perform other functions automatically.

Select this to return to the previous form. You can then alter your settings or choose to close the batch processing procedure without running a batch.

Start

Select this to begin processing your batch. According to the settings you have chosen, this will process any previously scheduled events.
