S_NOTRANS -27

Attempted transaction in no-trans mode.

Collect! has tried to initiate a transaction when no transaction mode is active. This mode allows the application to modify the database only without transactions.

A database opened in no transaction mode does not support transactions. An attempt to begin a transaction has occurred.

First steps to try to resolve this issue:

1. Get everyone out of Collect!

2. Shut down and reboot your server.

3. Start Collect! again.

4. If the error occurs again right away, please refer to the Collect! Application Log for details. The logs may give you the answer you need.

To access the Application Log, select System from the top menu bar and then select Diagnostics, Application Log. Ensure that the choice, Database, is selected with a check mark.
