S_BADBLOB -61

BLOB data error - the BLOB data has been corrupted.

The cyclic redundancy check (CRC) for the BLOB data being read by a call to d_blobread indicates that the BLOB data has been corrupted. This can be the result of an earlier recovery of an unlogged d_blobwrite.

First steps to try to resolve this issue:

1. Get everyone out of Collect!

2. Shut down and reboot your server.

3. Start Collect! again.

4. If the error occurs again right away, please refer to the Collect! Application Log for details. The logs may give you the answer you need.

tip.gif To access the Application Log, select System from the top menu bar and then select Diagnostics, Application Log. Ensure that the choice, Database, is selected with a check mark.
