Exporting A Call Campaign & Importing Completed Call Results

You will need to create reports that output to csv files that contain your call lists to be dialed. These csv files are then downloaded to your dialer system by the file transfer mechanism your provider advises. In turn, the dialer system will create an upload call result file which is intended to be imported into your Collect! database, updating your accounts with that campaign's completed call results to record the attempts/file activity that took place outside of your collectors' direct input into the system during the campaign.
