Server unavailable.
Collect! cannot find the CV11 server at the IP Address in
the CV11/bin/connect.ini file.
To troubleshoot this:
1. Check that the Collect! RDS Server is running on the machine
designated as your server.
2. Check your computer's network connection.
3. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy,
make sure that Collect! is permitted to access your network.
4. Ensure that the connect.ini file in
the CV11/bin folder specifies your
server's correct IP address and the correct Port that your
Collect! RDS Server is using.
5. If you use ODBC with Collect!, you may have a connect.ini
file in your Windows folder. Ensure that it specifies your
server's correct IP address and the correct Port that your
Collect! RDS Server is using.
6. Contact your local network technician for help diagnosing
your connection to your network.
Other possible causes:
The server catalog is being used by another process. Please
wait and try again.
The network has run out of resources (connections) and has
rejected the connect request. Re-run Collect! later.
