Error -9000
Missing file.
This can be caused by a missing file in your Collect! folder.
Although Collect! will run when non-essential files are missing,
there are some files that must be present when Collect!
initializes all the registered devices.
Please refer to the exmlog.txt
in the CV11\bin folder for details. If a file is missing, you will
see the name of the file or files in the catalog diagnostic
section.
