The column headings in the Invoice/Statement List display information from the Invoice/Statement form. Each column heading is the actual name of the field on the Invoice/Statement form. If you change the field label on the form, the next time you view a record list you will see that the field label change has applied to the list column heading as well. The default columns listed are Date, Check, Client, Number, Type, Total.

By default the list will display in an date order from oldest to newest Date. The active column the Date column. By immediately typing an invoice/statement Date, Collect! will scroll to the invoice/statement that is the closest match.

You can quickly navigate to a specific statement or statements using this list.

tip.gif If there is a current search on Statements, then the list will only contain the results of the search. Also if you have selected and tagged a number of the invoice/statement records, then selected the choice to view tags, only the tagged Statements will show in this list. Clearing the tags and also clearing the Search Criteria will restore the complete set so that all statements are displayed in the list.
