When your reports do not print what you expect, you can examine the Application Log for clues toward an explanation.

Messages From The Report Processor

To see messages from the report processor, turn on the "Enable Internal Debug Checks" switch in the Screen and Messages dialog. To access this, pull down the System menu from the top of the Collect! screen and choose Preferences to display the System Setup menu. Then choose Options, Sounds and Colors. This will display the Screen and Messages dialog. After your report has run, pull down the System menu and choose Diagnostics, Application Log. Select "Report" to view messages related to report printing.

This can help debug reports that don't print what you expect.

This can help you debug any reports that aren't printing what you expect.

If all steps taken do not help correct the problem, try exiting all programs and restart your computer.
