Rebuild Lists
The Rebuild Lists command rebuilds Collect!'s meta-data tables
for access rights and printable information, and also updates
definitions for any import maps that exist in your database. Select
File from the top menu bar and then select Maintenance from
the drop-down choices. Select the REBUILD LISTS button
on the Database Maintenance menu.
You must be signed into Collect! using Exclusive mode as
a user who also has a user level 99 assigned to the operator.
Collect! will immediately prompt you, if you are not signed
into Collect! using Exclusive mode, or Collect! will begin
the process.
During the process, a message box on the screen lets you
know what is happening.
When the rebuild process is finished, you may want to exit
Collect! and sign back in using Shared mode with your normal
operator ID and Password.
You can still rebuild these lists individually. You
should be signed in using Exclusive mode as a user level 99,
before rebuilding these lists.
