Internal RPC error.

This error may occur when opening or exporting a large metafile blob. When Collect! attempts to read a blob larger than 16 MB, the Raima 8.3 database engine reports an RPC Error -5001. This was observed when trying to view a metafile attached to a Letter contact. It was also observed when exporting a Collect! database. This error was corrected in Collect! Version 11.4.3.2.

Please refer to the Collect! Application Log for details. To access the log, select System from the top menu bar and then select Diagnostics, Application Log. Ensure that the choice, Database, is selected with a check mark.
