S_UNCOMMITED -59
Modification to an uncommitted set.
Collect! has requested modification for an uncommitted,
modified record that has a record lock, but no set lock,
in another session. Collect! can avoid this lock contention
by issuing both a set lock and a record lock on the owner
and member records that are to be either connected to
or disconnected from the set.
First steps to try to resolve this issue:
1. Get everyone out of Collect!
2. Shut down and reboot your server.
3. Start Collect! again.
4. If the error occurs again right away, please refer
to the Collect! Application Log for details. The logs
may give you the answer you need.
To access the Application Log, select System
from the top menu bar and then select Diagnostics,
Application Log. Ensure that the choice, Database, is
selected with a check mark.
If your issue is still not resolved, please report the
error to Collect! Technical Services. Please be prepared
to outline the exact steps you took to produce the
error so that we can help resolve it as quickly as
possible.
