System Db Error -74

S_NOSYSNULLS -74

Record does not contain sysnulls_.

There is no sysnulls_ field in the current record. The sysnulls_ field only exists in (and is automatically created in) Core DDL versions of SQL databases. This error probably resulted from a call to d_nullset or d_nulltest.

This error should never occur.

First steps to try to resolve this issue:

1. Get everyone out of Collect!

2. Shut down and reboot your server.

3. Start Collect! again.

4. If the error occurs again right away, please refer to the Collect! Application Log for details. The logs may give you the answer you need.

tip.gif To access the Application Log, select System from the top menu bar and then select Diagnostics, Application Log. Ensure that the choice, Database, is selected with a check mark.
