Database Relationships
The below diagrams, generated by dbdiagram.io,
show the relationship between the common areas of the sytem: Clients, Debtor, Notes, Metafiles, and
Access Rights.
They do not provide a full list of the fields. For a list of fields, please refer to the Help page
Printable Field for more information.
The below diagrams are interactive. You can drag the tables around to see the relationships betters. When you hover
over the diagram, a menu will become visible at the bottom that allows you to zoom in/out, auto-arrange the tables,

Clients
In addition to the Client sub-records, this diagram shows the relationship of Invoice Lines to Debtor Transactions.
Debtors
In addition to the Debtor sub-records, this diagram shows the relationship of Invoice Lines to Debtor Transactions.
Notes
In the case of Notes, each line is stored as its own record and the note text is in the bl_text field.
Debtor Cosigners
Cosigners are any related party to the Debtor.
Client Associates
Associates are like Cosigners, but for Clients.
Metafiles
In the case of Metafiles, there is only one blob record per contact record and the metadata is stored in the bl_blob field.
