Database Relationships

The below diagrams, generated by dbdiagram.io, show the relationship between the common areas of the sytem: Clients, Debtor, Notes, Metafiles, and Access Rights.

They do not provide a full list of the fields. For a list of fields, please refer to the Help page Printable Field for more information.

The below diagrams are interactive. You can drag the tables around to see the relationships betters. Clients

In addition to the Client sub-records, this diagram shows the relationship of Invoice Lines to Debtor Transactions.

Notes

In the case of Notes, each line is stored as its own record and the note text is in the bl_text field.

Cosigners are any related party to the Debtor.

Associates are like Cosigners, but for Clients.

In the case of Metafiles, there is only one blob record per contact record and the metadata is stored in the bl_blob field.
