New Features
Welcome to Collect! Version 11.6 Build 4. This latest version
has several new features and functionality, as well as several
optimizations and enhancements to existing features.
Credit Bureau Reporting - Furnisher Data Reporting And Process Requirement Compliance
Implemented the following enhancements to comply with the Data Furnisher changes required by the Credit
Bureau Reporting Agencies.
1. Collect! will only allow sending New accounts that have a valid Date of birth or SSN if they have a Delinquency or
Charge date after September 15, 2017. Invalid accounts will be identified on the log file.
2. Added a new Client setting to allow Delay reporting Medical Accounts based on Delinquency/Charge Date or as of Today.
The Global Delay account switch MUST be checked ON in CBR settings to allow a delay on a per client basis. If the
Global Delay switch is not checked ON, then the process will not check if there is a overriding Client delay.
Where there is a Client override delay AND a Global delay, Collect! will initialize NEW accounts being prepared for CBR
using the latest date calculated between the Global setting from Today or the Client setting from Charged or Delinquency.
This is to prevent accounts with old(er) Charged or Delinquency dates from being prepared and allowed to report too
soon as compared to date loaded/prepared for CBR. Particularly for USA clients who have a 30 day Validation period,
we put this failsafe in place to prevent new accounts from being immediately (same day) eligible for cbr reporting.
Additional enhancements to CBR reporting:
1. Added a Global setting option to EXCLUDE new business being prepared for CBR reporting if the assigned balance is
less than a threshold owing amount. Example, you may not wish to report new bus with assigned amounts less than $25.00.
2. Streamlined cbr log file to display only accounts with missing/invalid data that requires review, removing
general, not necessary to be logged or end- user reviewed commentary that the logging process previously included.
