New Features - 11-1 Build 1

Welcome to Collect! Version 11.1 Build 1. This latest version has many new features and functionality. There are also many optimizations and enhancements to existing features.

Find By Street

Browse Find By menu enhancements enable you to quickly search the database for any street address. Use the new Address Information form to narrow down your search with City, State and ZIP criteria.

Multiple Report Libraries

You can now select alternate Report libraries. This new tool makes organizing your reports easy. You can even specify a report library to load automatically when an operator signs into Collect!. Download pre-designed report samples from the Collect! Member Center site, exchange reports with other Collect! users, customize report lists for different operators.

Create New Report Library

You can now create a new report library from within Collect!. This feature presents you with an empty report definition list where you can create or copy new reports. The new device will be visible as a choice when you select a report library to open. You can also delete an existing library if needed.

Load Import And Report Libraries By Operator

New settings in the Operator Detail enable you to load import and report libraries for specific operators. This is a great way to provide your operators with only the information they need to perform their tasks. Save time and reduce user-error. Uncluttered lists load fast and are easy to maintain.

Optimizations

Enhancements were made to Financials, Report Writer, Display, Web Host, Contact Plans, Import/Export, Credit Bureau Reporting, Security, Database Change Logging, NCOA Updates, Scheduler and the CV11 Server.
