Too Many Active Users
 
  The number of active Users on the system exceeds
  your license.
 
  You are trying to sign on a new user but the maximum
  number is already signed on according to your licensed
  users.
 
  You can get in touch with Admin at Comtech Systems Inc.
  to purchase additional user licenses as needed.
 
  If this message is appearing in error, it may indicate
  that you are experiencing network disconnects. This
  could be leaving "stale user sessions" logged into
  the SQL server. In that case, you would want to set
  your  Client Timeout value to clean up stale sessions.
 
  Please refer to  Database Preferences for information
  about the Client Timeout setting.
