New Features - 11-3 Build 2
Welcome to Collect! Version 11.3 Build 2. This latest version
has many new features and functionality. There are
also many optimizations and enhancements to existing
features.
Time Management
This new option in the Tools menu enables you to track time
spent on a task. This is very useful for tracking time for billing
purposes. You can create as many Timers as you want,
starting and stopping them as needed and restarting to
accumulate time spent on each particular job. Totals can
be automatically written to a CSV file for recording and billing.
Please refer to Help topic, Time Management for details.
Numerics Only SSN Field
A new option in Options, Sounds and Colors enables you to
strip non-numerics from SSN numbers as they are entered
into Collect!. This makes it very easy to set up your accounts
for compatibility with automated processes that read the SSN
number, such as skip tracing. The SSNs are automatically
configured to the numerics only format required for these
systems, as soon as you leave the SSN field.
Please refer to Help topic, Screen and Messages for details.
Run Plans On Changes
Three new options in Screen and Messages enable you to
automatically run contact plans when the operator or phones
change on an account. You can set a different contact plan
to run when the Operator is changed during a Batch
Operator Assignment. This feature is very useful for
triggering update events when using the ODBC Sync feature.
Please refer to Help topic, Screen and Messages for details.
Edit Member
This new button on the Group tab enables you to quickly
open any member of the Debtor's group. When you select
the EDIT MEMBER button in the Matching Accounts form
a list of all the members in the group will be displayed.
Select any one to go to that Debtor. This is very useful for
quickly accessing information for a particular account, when
you have a party on the phone, for instance.
Please refer to Help topic, Matching Accounts for details.
TCN Module
This new Collect! feature enables you to deliver messages to
any phone, any time. You complete your setup with TCN,
select the accounts for your campaign and let TCN and
Collect! take care of the rest. The entire process of setting
up and sending a broadcast to a dozen or several thousand
people is as easy as sending an email, once you have
completed your setup with TCN and Collect!.
Please refer to Help topic, TCN Module for details.
Web Host Message HTML Pages
You can now modify any of the Web Host default message
pages with your own custom messages and Collect! will use
your pages to override the defaults shipped with Web Host.
Messages may be customized for HTTP Errors 403, 404, 501
and 505 and Collect!'s "Too many users" message. You can
also create your own page to display to the end user following
a successful data submission via Web Host.
Please refer to Help topic, Modifying Web Host Message HTML Pages
for details.
