optimizations and enhancements to existing features.
The full revision history is available to Members via the
Member Center.
Display And Environment
Added Client Associates to the Client record. It is essentially a mirror of the Debtor Cosigner record,
except with more appropriate Class and Type pick lists. Access Rights will need to be enabled for form
'clientassociates' for any User Levels that you want to grant access.
Enabled phones records on Clients, Associates, and Cosigners.
Added Email records to the Client, Associate, Debtor, and Cosigner records. Access Rights will need to be
enabled for form 'email' for any User Levels that you want to grant access. Emails will be CC'd to
any Email address that has the Include in batch emails box checked on the Email record.
Added Address records to the Client, Associate, Debtor, and Cosigner records. Letters will be printed to
any Address that has the Include in batch letters box checked on the Address record.
Added the following to find by: DOB, Address, Address 1, City, State, Zip, Country, Phone 1 (Home or Phone),
Phone 2 (Cell), and Email.
Added an Attachment field to Client Payment record.
Added the ability to install multiple Collect! Companion (FSRV) services.
Updated openssl to the latest 1.1.
Implemented database specific config files. When saving global fields, the original collectcfg.ini
will still be written, but a second copy will be written to collectcfg_{dbname}.ini. If the database
config is not available, then Collect! will read the global collectcfg.ini.
Updated the default country pick list to contain all the current countries and switched the data value to use the ISO
2 character code.
If you do not want this list, contact us to show you how to preserve your existing list
before upgrading.
Changed the phone sort order to have the active numbers at the top.
Added a Function field to the User Level form containing standard functions for an agency. This is primarily for
reporting and dashboard purposes.
Changed the order of Client Attachments to be reverse chronological based on Created date.
Added a 'Do not auto save' box the the Scheduler Settings to force the system to not save the scheduler file
after each task runs.
Added support for Variable Interest to the Promise Schedule button.
Added the ability to insert and remove columns on the Invoice Lines list.
Disabled alternate Report and Import list rebuilds during an upgrade when the database is not masterdb.
Report Writer
Added @a1.ci to the report writer so you can get your Comtech Systems customer ID in a report.
Enabled the email CC to cosigners functionality for Client Associated records. Emails will only be sent to Associates
with the Email opt in box checked.
Enabled @RUNPLAN on Cosigner and Associate Contacts.
Implemented a post edit hook on the Transaction Summary Report and Client Analysis Report TO and FROM fields. When the
FROM date is greater than the TO date, the TO date will update to match the FROM date. When the TO date is lower
than the FROM date, the FROM date will update to match the TO date.
Added the ability to use the Client Analysis Report form as an alternative to the Transaction Summary Report form
in reports.
Added the following fields to the Client Analysis Report form: Posted and Payment Date radio buttons, Operator from,
Operator to, Custom 1, Custom 2, Status from, and Status to.
Added support for \n in the @message command.
Increased @message to support 4096 characters from report variables.
Import/Export
Added Form Name as a column in the Field Type list in the Import module that will display the actual form name
that the field belongs to when selecting a field.
Added the ability to insert and remove columns in the list view of the import module forms.
Added a radio switch to the Import Field Options form called Address which, when selected, will disable the
City/State/Zip conversion on the Address 1 fields on the Debtor and Cosigner records.
Added Address, Email, and Invoices to the Import module. Invoices are primarily for database conversions.
Added the New, Edit, and Delete list buttons to the Import Record Definition and Import Field Specification records.
Added a switch to the screens and messages form called 'Sort imports alphabetically' which, when enabled, will sort
the import maps by the name field.
Added support for date math in the import module in the "Fill Value" field only, not the Default Value field.
Added full support for print fields and @t in the "Fill Value" field of the import module.
Credit Bureau Reporting
Added a switch to the Client Settings form called Original creditor in user 1 which, when enabled, will use the Debtor
User 1 field for the original creditor.
Financials
Implemented reverse breakdown. When you post a negative payment that is not an NSF, it will now undergo a
payment break down in reverse order to that of normal payments according to the current breakdown priority.
Changed the recalc value for the Client Listed field. The new behavior is to only factor in the Judgement
if there is no original principal.
Added a new switch to the Stop Interest form called Stop all interest which, when enabled, will set the
interest type to no additional interest.
Added a new field to the Operator Detail form called Breakeven which, when enabled, will set the minimum commission
value that a collector has to earn before they can earn Operator Commissions. This will only impact new versions
of the Operator Analysis Report.
Contact Management
Added Cosigner/ Associate Contacts to the respective records. These contacts are WIP list contacts only; automation
contacts are not currently available. Access Rights will need to be enabled for form 260000 for any
User Levels that you want to grant access.
When working the WIP, these contacts will pop open the
Cosigner/Associate record for review. You can then close it to work the account. The Future contact
not required box on the WIP Options form will only look at Debtor contacts to prevent orphaned accounts.
Changing the Client Operator now changes the applicable contacts.
Added a new switch called no autocomplete promises which, when enabled, will leave a promise contact in progress
if the Debtor balance reaches zero. This feature is designed for customers who use Collect! for recurring subscriptions.
Added Call result to the Contact record that uses the same system pick list as the Last result field on the Phone record.
Added a Run plan field to the debtor status form. When that status is selected on the Client or Debtor, and the
Run plan field is filled in, Collect! will execute that Contact Plan.
Added a WIP Priority field to the Debtor Status record that will allow user to control which statuses have a higher
priority when using Status in the WIP Sort field on the WIP Options.
Replaced the BY DEFAULT, BY PRIORITY, BY DATE, fields on the WIP options form with WIP SORT, which contains more
options for the default WIP sort when an operator signs in: Score, Status, Days since last payment, Owing, Listed.
The status works in conjunction with the WIP PRIORITY field on the Debtor Status form where the higher the number
in that field, the higher the position in the WIP list.
Increased the Value 1 and Value 2 fields on the Contact Event record to 23 characters.
Payment Processing
Added the CVD code to the Recurring Credit Card payments form. This will not impact USA ePay customers. It is designed
for the new payment processing integration that supports PayRazr and other providers.
When a Recurring Credit Card payment is adjusted to match the owing, Collect! will now set the remaining payments to
1 to mitigate user error.
Moved the BillingTree logs into database specific folders.
TCN
Added Campaign Linking to TCN Schedule Calls so users can set the current campaign to start when the linked
campaign is finishing.
Added a button to the TCN Schedule Calls called Filters, which opens the Client Analysis Report form with all the fields
enabled to provide for more filters for TCN campaigns. The applicable fields need to be added to the TCN export reports.
